Pastor Ericka is a student of the Word, mentor, and bible teacher by commission with a big heart for women and children. Her fun- loving personality is warm and filled with the compassion of Christ. Overcoming poverty, tragedy, and years of oppression and emotion abuse her life and personal testimony of victory continues to inspire those who hear her speak. She is the founder of Live Beautiful Inc., a growing network of women empowered to mentor and lead others.

Pastor Ericka and her husband Pastor Ernest Jackson " are the Lead Pastors of The City Church of Baton Rouge. Their 13-year marriage is a testimony of hope and restoration. They are loving parents of three beautiful children Shammah, Shekinah and Ephraim. Along with her husband she has traveled abroad singing and teaching the message of Jesus Christ. Their music ministry has impacted the hearts of millions through television and other appearances. It is her desire to reach those who most have forgotten about, the poor, the broken, and the captive, The Lost! Luke 4:18.
